Gary Saliba, Principal and Co-Founder of Pretium Valuation Group has spent the last 15 years valuing businesses and managing money as a Registered Investment Advisor. Formerly, Gary was Senior Vice President & Chief Investment Officer at Colonial Bank in Birmingham and Senior Vice President & Trust Officer at SouthTrust Bank of Huntsville. Gary earned a Graduate Degree from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University (1981), and also holds an MBA. Gary is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), an enrolled agent (EA) with the Internal Revenue Service, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA). Gary is a former member of the board of directors for VMIC, Inc. and BizTech, a high technology business incubator. Gary is the current chairman of the board of directors of Three Springs, Inc. and Rymic Systems and is a member of the board of Vista Springs, Inc.

Ashley Ayres, Principal
Ashley Ayers joined Pretium in 2001. Prior to joining Pretium, Ashley worked in the audit and business advisory practices of Arthur Anderson in New Orleans and in the corporate accounting division of SCI (now Sanmina-SCI) in Huntsville, Alabama. Ashley received her BS degree in Accountancy and Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. Ashley serves on the board of directors of several local charitable organizations.
